Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmail Baqaei shared details regarding his contacts in Kurdistan Province, the official meetings he held, and his visit to the family of a martyr.

Stating that he met with senior provincial officials and visited a martyr's family, Baqaei said, "Kurdistan is a complete reflection of Iran, and the Kurdish people are passionate defenders of the homeland's independence, dignity, and integrity."

Baqaei stated, "While meeting with provincial officials such as the esteemed Governor Dr. Lahouni, the esteemed representative of the Supreme Leader Hojjatoleslam Walmoslemin Pourzahabi, and the esteemed Friday Imam of Sanandaj Hajj Mamosta Fayeg Rostami, I visited the home of martyr border guard Soheil Lotfyar from Rashid Sanandaj, who was martyred during the brutal attacks by the United States and the Zionist regime."

Noting that he paid tribute, Baqaei said, "I paid tribute to the glorious martyrs of Kurdistan."
