Zagreb, March 30 (Hibya) – Croatian Foreign Minister Gordan Grlic Radman met with Algerian Foreign Minister Ahmed Attaf.

The meeting marked a step toward strengthening relations between the two countries and their bilateral ties.
The ministers emphasized the importance of deepening economic cooperation, especially in the energy and shipbuilding sectors. Radman stressed that Algeria is an important energy partner for Croatia and pointed to the strategic role of the Krk LNG terminal for Europe’s energy supply.
The meeting also addressed the fight against common challenges such as terrorism and irregular migration.
The ministers also exchanged views on global developments, particularly in the Middle East, the war in Ukraine, and the Western Balkans, and reaffirmed their shared determination to resolve problems through peaceful means.
