The STOXX 600 index was flat at 638.68 points, while Germany’s DAX remained unchanged at 25,374.42 points and France’s CAC 40 stayed flat at 8,078.48 points.
The UK’s FTSE 100 index fell 0.10 percent to 10,684.88 points, while Italy’s FTSE MIB declined 0.21 percent to 51,759.90 points.
