Metsola: Europe stands united in the face of Russia's escalation
Brussels, May 29 (Hibya) - European Parliament (EP) President Roberta Metsola delivered a message of unity following a Russian drone strike on a residential building in Galați, Romania.
European Parliament President Roberta Metsola expressed her support for the people of Romania.
Sharing a message of solidarity on behalf of the European Parliament, Metsola said, “On behalf of the European Parliament, I would like to express our full solidarity with the people of Romania and everyone affected by the Russian drone that struck an apartment building in Galați this morning.”
Highlighting the common stance within Europe, Metsola stated, “Europe stands united in the face of Russia's escalation.”
