Moscow, February 25 (Hibya) - Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that Russia continues its determination to resolve the Ukraine crisis through political and diplomatic means.

Peskov also stated that the schedule and location for the new round of negotiations on the Ukraine crisis have not yet been finalized.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, in a statement on Tuesday, said that his country hopes for lasting peace but that any peace agreement must be accepted by the Ukrainian people. Zelensky also mentioned that the new round of trilateral talks between Ukraine, Russia, and the US could take place within a week or ten days.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs also stated on Tuesday: "Ukraine wants to end the war and restore peace on its territory." The statement also noted: "Ukraine must receive clear, legally binding, and effective security guarantees. These guarantees must be supported by the resources and capacities of our partners."
