European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said the European Union stands in solidarity with the people of Poland and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, emphasizing that support for Ukraine will continue while Europe's security architecture is being strengthened.

Referring to the airspace violation and expressing solidarity, von der Leyen said, "Russia's latest attacks against Ukraine have led to another unacceptable violation of our EU airspace, this time over Poland."

Addressing the Polish people, von der Leyen stated, "The people of Poland, dear Donald Tusk, are known for their courage, and our thoughts are with you."

Highlighting the measures being taken and the security strategy, von der Leyen said, "To put an end to this, we are helping Ukraine win this war in every way we can. And we are building a strong European security architecture on land, at sea, and in the air."
