Zakharova condemns U.S. sanctions on Cuba
Moscow, February 4 (Hibya) – Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said they strongly condemn the economic blockade imposed by the United States (U.S.) on Cuba and attempts to obstruct international cooperation.
Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova made a statement regarding the U.S. sanctions policy against Cuba.
Calling the U.S. restrictive measures unlawful, Zakharova said, “We strongly condemn the illegitimate restrictive measures imposed by the United States against Cuba.”
Zakharova added, “Attempts to obstruct international cooperation with a country that has been facing a difficult socio-economic situation for nearly 70 years due to the U.S. blockade are unacceptable.”
