Zakharova: This project will strengthen Vietnam's energy security
Moscow, March 25 (Hibya) - Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova announced that an official agreement was signed on March 23 in Vietnam for the construction of a nuclear power plant with the participation of Rosatom.
Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova made a statement regarding Russia’s global activities in the field of nuclear energy and the new cooperation with Vietnam.
Referring to the importance of the agreement signed in Vietnam on March 23, Zakharova said: "This project will strengthen Vietnam's energy security."
Highlighting Rosatom’s global operational capacity, Zakharova stated that the company is currently building a total of 41 power plants in 11 countries.
Zakharova added: "This project will strengthen Vietnam's energy security."
