Tehran, September 19 (Hibya) – Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei responded to accusations against Iran made by the White House spokesperson.

Baqaei said: “The White House spokesperson published a long list of accusations against Iran. Most of these accusations describe, with striking accuracy, actions that the United States itself initiated, carried out or supported.”
Baqaei described this approach as “an escape from reality and an act of projection” and quoted Proverbs 28:1 from the Bible: “The wicked flee though no one pursues them.”
