Carney remembers citizens who lost their lives in Nova Scotia attack
Ottawa, April 18 (Hibya) - Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney issued a memorial message for citizens who lost their lives in the Nova Scotia attack.
Prime Minister Carney reminded that five years ago, in Portapique, Nova Scotia, a brutal armed violence act began, in which twenty-two Canadians were killed, saying, "This remains one of the darkest moments in Canada's history."
In his memorial message for the citizens who lost their lives, Carney said, "Our thoughts are with the families still mourning their loved ones and with the communities still trying to recover from the traumas of those tragic days."
