Dar meets with Bangladesh Foreign Minister Rahman
Antalya, April 17 (Hibya) – Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar met with Bangladesh Foreign Minister Khalilur Rahman within the scope of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF 2026) and held talks on strengthening relations between the two countries.
Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar emphasized the importance of dialogue in ensuring regional stability and spoke about the future of positive relations with Bangladesh.
Expressing his satisfaction with the meeting, Dar said: "I was pleased to meet with Bangladesh Foreign Minister Mr. Khalilur Rahman today within the framework of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum 2026."
Providing information about the content of the meeting, Dar stated: "We exchanged views on strengthening Pakistan-Bangladesh relations and regional developments, particularly Pakistan’s role in facilitating dialogue."
Highlighting the shared goals between the two countries, Dar said: "I look forward to the continuation of our positive and forward-looking cooperation."
