Diaz-Canel congratulates Workers' Party of Korea on founding anniversary
Havana, October 11 (Hibya) - Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel congratulated Kim Jong Un and party members on the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Workers' Party of Korea, reaffirming his commitment to strengthening the historic ties of friendship between the two countries.
