Ramallah, November 5 (Hibya) - The Palestinian Prime Minister's Office reported that Israeli settlers set fire to Palestinian-owned olive trees and land in the town of Burqa near Ramallah, while Palestinians attempting to extinguish the fire were prevented from doing so.
