Kos: Support of member states is critical for Ukraine’s EU reforms
Brussels, March 16 (Hibya) - European Union (EU) Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos announced that Lithuania has provided additional financial support to Ukraine.
EU Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos stated that the support of member states is vital for the progress of Ukraine’s EU reforms. Kos announced that Lithuania joined Sweden and Norway in providing additional financial support to the Ukraine Facility and pledged 10 million euros.
The Commissioner noted that these funds will help Ukraine implement its reforms, advance on its path toward the EU, and contribute to the country’s post-war recovery.
