Oman's Foreign Minister Albusaidi: Let’s stop the war now
Muscat, March 5 (Hibya) – Oman's Foreign Minister Badr Albusaidi stated that evacuation flights are being organized for citizens of all countries who wish to return home due to tensions in the Gulf region.
Oman's Foreign Minister Badr Albusaidi issued a statement regarding the safe evacuation of civilians stranded amid instability in the region and the need to establish peace.
Minister Albusaidi said, “For everyone hoping to fly home from the Gulf, the Omani government is working with your governments and international airlines to organize flights to get you home. We mean everyone, regardless of which passport you carry. Citizens of all countries have the right to safety and security.”
Emphasizing that humanitarian values should be placed above politics, Albusaidi said, “People matter. Let’s stop the war now.”
