Qatar’s UN Permanent Representative Al-Thani met with UNSMIL Chief Tetteh
New York, April 17 (Hibya) – The Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the United Nations, Sheikha Alya Ahmed bin Saif Al-Thani, met with Hanna Serwaa Tetteh, the UN Secretary-General’s Special Representative for Libya and Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL).
The meeting took place at the headquarters of Qatar’s Permanent Mission in New York.
During the meeting, the latest developments in Libya were reviewed, and the importance of ongoing coordination and cooperation between the State of Qatar and the United Nations in supporting the aspirations of the brotherly Libyan people for peace and stability was emphasized.
