Sa'ar congratulates Zambian President Hichilema following his re-election
Jerusalem, August 18 (Hibya) - Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar congratulated Zambian President Hakainde Hichilema following his re-election. Sa'ar also congratulated the people of Zambia on an important celebration of democracy and for exercising their democratic right to shape the country's future.

In a post on his social media account, Sa'ar congratulated Hichilema on being re-elected president and also congratulated the people of Zambia on “this important celebration of democracy.”
Expressing his satisfaction that the people of Zambia exercised their democratic right to shape the future of their country, Sa'ar said, “Israel values its friendship with Zambia.”
Sa'ar said he looks forward to continuing to strengthen relations between the two countries.
