Palestine: Entry of Palestinians and journalists under Israel's closed military zone policy
Jerusalem, 18 (Hibya) - The Palestinian Prime Minister's Office claimed that under the “closed military zone” declared in Qusra in the West Bank, Palestinians and journalists were barred from entering the area, while families under siege were forced to remain in their homes.
The Palestinian Prime Minister's Office issued a statement regarding the “closed military zone” declared by Israel in the Qusra area of the West Bank.
The statement said Palestinians and journalists were prevented from entering the area, while families under siege were instructed not to leave their homes.
The Palestinian Prime Minister's Office claimed that, by contrast, groups of settlers were moving freely within the area and driving around in their vehicles.
The statement criticized the policy with the words “one rule for Palestinians, another rule for settlers” and described the situation as “apartheid.”
