Madrid, September 21 (Hibya) - Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said there is an urgent need to develop artificial intelligence that puts people and collective well-being at the forefront and enables the creation of fairer societies.
Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez made a statement on the development of artificial intelligence. Sanchez said artificial intelligence should be responsible, mindful of human values and focused on collective well-being.
Emphasizing artificial intelligence, Sanchez said: "There is an urgent need to develop artificial intelligence that is responsible, mindful of human values and focused on collective well-being; in other words, one that enables the creation of fairer societies."
Commenting on artificial intelligence controlled by a certain minority, Sanchez said: "Artificial intelligence without oversight and transparency is a recipe for a major disaster."
