Foreign Minister Sybiha stated that the only truly effective approach to counter Russia is diplomacy plus pressure.

In his statement, he said: “Russian attacks continued throughout the day, night, and this morning with dozens of attack drones. This morning, Russia launched four missiles at Kharkiv; three of them were ballistic and carried cluster bombs. Into a densely populated residential area... Again. At least one person was killed, and dozens were injured, including five children. Russia is a machine of terror. It will only stop when faced with real power.
