Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky spoke about negotiations with allies and goals in the defense industry.

Emphasizing the importance of air defense and production agreements, Zelensky said, "We continue to work to secure air defense for Ukraine. The missiles needed to protect lives and production agreements in Ukraine. All of this will happen. It is not easy, but all of it will happen."

Recalling that many achievements once considered impossible had been accomplished during the war, Zelensky said, "Throughout the war, we have talked many times about weapons, capabilities and equipment that we were initially told would be impossible for us to obtain. Then it was said that Ukrainians would not be able to achieve this because it would take decades. F-16s, the production of millions of drones per year, special missile technologies – we achieved all of these."

Expressing determination regarding future goals, Zelensky concluded his statement by saying, "The same will be true for ballistic missile defense capabilities. The same will be true for Patriot missiles in Ukraine."
