Zelensky: We discussed steps that can be taken to stop Russia’s war
Kyiv, September 15 (Hibya) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he discussed the diplomatic process and possible steps toward ending the Russia-Ukraine war with French President Emmanuel Macron.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a statement that he spoke with French President Emmanuel Macron.
Zelensky said they discussed the state of the diplomatic process and Ukraine’s contacts with its partners. He added that they discussed steps that could be taken to stop Russia’s war and said they appreciated France’s support for protecting the Ukrainian people.
Zelensky also said he and Macron agreed to meet soon on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly.
