Dar holds phone call with Saudi Foreign Minister Farhan
Islamabad, June 13 (Hibya) - Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, held a telephone conversation with the Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Prince Faisal bin Farhan.

During the call, both sides welcomed the fact that negotiations between the United States of America (USA) and the Islamic Republic of Iran had reached their final stage, as well as the electronic signing ceremony scheduled for tomorrow. The ministers expressed their hope that this historic development would make a significant contribution to achieving lasting peace and stability in the region.
Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan stated that they highly appreciated Pakistan’s consistent and continuous efforts throughout the diplomatic process, during which it assumed a mediation role and firmly supported dialogue.
The telephone conversation also addressed the preparations and agenda for the Regional Four Foreign Ministers (R-4) meeting planned to take place in Egypt later this month.
