Saidov: Signed documents will enrich the Uzbekistan-Egypt partnership
Tashkent, June 13 (Hibya) - Uzbekistan's Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov announced that documents aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two countries were signed following negotiations with Egypt.
Uzbekistan's Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov spoke about the signing ceremony held between the two countries and the future impact of these steps on diplomatic relations.
Noting that a signing ceremony for a number of important documents aimed at further strengthening mutual cooperation was held at the end of the negotiations, Saidov stated: "A Cooperation Program for 2026-2028 was signed between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptian Expatriates of the Arab Republic of Egypt."
Drawing attention to strategic partnerships between institutions, Saidov said: "A Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation was signed between the Information and Analytical Center for International Relations under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Institute for Diplomatic Studies under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptian Expatriates of the Arab Republic of Egypt."
Emphasizing the contribution of these steps to bilateral relations, Saidov stated: "The signed documents will enrich the Uzbekistan-Egypt partnership with new practical content and create a solid foundation for the further expansion of bilateral cooperation."
