The Israel Defense Forces reported that missiles launched from Iran toward Israeli territory were recently detected.

In its statement, the IDF said that defense systems are operating to intercept the threat, and noted that in recent minutes the Home Front Command sent direct early warnings to mobile phones in the relevant areas.

The statement included the following: "The public is asked to act responsibly and follow the instructions, as this saves lives. After receiving the alert, you must enter protected areas and remain there until further notice. Leaving the protected area will only be possible after clear instructions are received."
