Mucunski: Russia's attacks on civilians across Ukraine are unacceptable
Skopje, July 24 (Hibya) - North Macedonian Foreign Minister Timco Mucunski condemned Russia's attacks on the Latvian diplomatic mission in Sloviansk and on civilians, calling for an end to violations of international law.
North Macedonian Foreign Minister Timco Mucunski issued a statement condemning Russia's attack on Sloviansk, where Latvia's diplomatic mission is located.
Emphasizing that the attacks are unacceptable, Mucunski said: "We strongly condemn Russia's attack on Sloviansk, where the diplomatic mission of our NATO ally Latvia is located. Russia's continued attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure across Ukraine are claiming more innocent lives, and this is unacceptable."
Drawing attention to the need to comply with international law, Mucunski stated: "These blatant violations of international law and this disregard for human life must come to an end."
Mucunski concluded his statement by saying: "We stand in solidarity with those affected and extend our deepest condolences to the families of the victims."
