Zakharova: Humanitarian aid will be sent to the Iranian people under Putin’s instructions
Moscow, March 12 (Hibya) - Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said that Russia will send humanitarian aid to the Iranian people following Iran’s request for medical supplies.
Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Zakharova stated that the humanitarian situation in the Middle East is at an extremely difficult stage.
According to the authorities’ data, Zakharova said that the number of casualties among the civilian population in Iran has reached thousands due to the “illegal military actions” of Washington and Tel Aviv. “Due to the destruction of hospitals and the large number of wounded, Iran has requested medical supplies from friendly countries, including Russia,” she said.
Zakharova announced that Russia will deliver humanitarian aid to the Iranian people in line with the instructions of Vladimir Putin.
