Budrys: Lithuania stands with Ukraine in this painful moment
Vilnius, April 18 (Hibya) – Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys issued a message of condolence regarding the armed attack in Kyiv targeting civilians and resulting in casualties.
Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys emphasized a firm stance against acts of violence targeting civilians and underlined that Lithuania stands with the people of Ukraine.
Expressing condolences after the attack, Budrys said: “We extend our deepest condolences to the people of Kyiv following the horrific armed attack in which at least 6 people lost their lives and many more were injured.”
Taking a clear stance against violence, Budrys stated: “Nothing can justify such violence.”
Budrys concluded his statement with the words: “Lithuania stands with Ukraine in this painful moment.”
