Kosherbayev attended the informal meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers
Antalya, April 18 (Hibya) – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yermek Kosherbayev attended the informal meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States on the sidelines of the 5th Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
During the meeting, the parties discussed current issues on the international and regional agenda, including efforts to de-escalate the situation in the Middle East. The ministers exchanged views on developments in the region and possible ways to stabilize the situation.
In his speech, Kosherbayev reaffirmed the Republic of Kazakhstan’s commitment to supporting peaceful initiatives, emphasizing that Kazakhstan strongly advocates resolving conflicts solely through political and diplomatic means.
Minister Kosherbayev also stressed that the informal OTS Summit to be held in Turkestan this May aims to provide new momentum for further strengthening the role of the Organization.
