Paris, March 31 (Hibya) – UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell stated that all parties must adhere to international humanitarian law to protect children.
UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell stated that the ceasefire in Gaza has provided a much-needed lifeline for the children of Gaza.
Russell said, "However, children have once again been drawn into a deadly cycle of violence and poverty. All parties must adhere to international humanitarian law to protect children."
