Zelensky: Our strength on the front is the infantry, they defend Ukraine
Kyiv, May 6 (Hibya) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, in his Infantry Day message, stated that Ukraine’s most important strength on the front line is its infantry units and thanked all fighters.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized in his statement on Infantry Day that Ukraine’s greatest strength on the front line is its infantry units.
Zelensky said that motorized, assault, mountain assault, and mechanized units play a decisive role on the ground, stating: “They are the ones who hold and retake positions in Ukraine’s defense.”
Thanking all combat brigades, Zelensky addressed the fighters with the words “Glory to Ukraine.”
