Al Khulaifi meets with Canadian Prime Minister’s Senior Advisor Gilmore
Doha, October 7 (Hibya) - Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi, met with the Canadian Prime Minister’s Senior Advisor for Foreign Policy, Defense, and Security, Scott Gilmore.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to support and enhance them. They also addressed recent developments, particularly in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories, as well as a number of issues of mutual interest.
The Canadian Prime Minister expressed his country’s appreciation for Qatar’s important role in mediation and praised its diplomatic efforts to enhance security and stability at the regional and international levels.
