According to a statement by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Russian President Vladimir Putin held a telephone conversation with the President of the Republic of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
The statement noted that President Erdoğan congratulated Putin on his birthday and conveyed his best wishes.
