Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

According to The Guardian, after Pete Hegseth, head of the Pentagon under the Trump administration, suddenly called hundreds of generals and admirals from around the world to an upcoming meeting in Virginia, it was reported that U.S. military officials are preparing for possible dismissals or promotions.

The Washington Post reported that Hegseth is expected to speak at the meeting about “military standards” and the “warrior ethos.” It was also announced that U.S. President Donald Trump will attend the event.

The meeting, organized in a short time and described as “unusual,” reportedly caused unease among senior officers in the process of restructuring the Pentagon. Attention was drawn to the fact that participants were informed at the last minute and that soldiers arriving from abroad had to arrange urgent travel.

White House officials stated that the purpose of the meeting is “to demonstrate the state of the new army during the Trump administration’s second term.” While the Pentagon did not share details about the agenda, it was reported that this meeting is the first of three speeches planned by Hegseth.

In defense circles, concerns have been raised that the event may be linked to promotions or possible dismissals.
