Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

The airport warned of possible delays due to a “technical issue” affecting software provided by Collins Aerospace to various airlines.

Brussels Airport stated that, due to a cyberattack on Friday night, passengers were checked in and boarded manually, while Berlin Brandenburg Airport also reported longer waiting times.

RTX, the owner of Collins Aerospace, said it was aware of a “cyber-related outage” in its systems “at certain airports” and was working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The company added: “The impact is limited to electronic customer check-in and baggage drop processes and can be mitigated by manual check-in.”

Heathrow said that additional staff were present in check-in areas to minimize disruptions.

Brussels noted that there would be “a major impact on the flight schedule,” including cancellations and delays.

Europe’s aviation safety organization Eurocontrol stated that, due to the disruption, airlines were asked to cancel half of the flights to and from the airport between 04:00 and 12:00 GMT.

It was also reported that Heathrow and Berlin were affected by “similar issues” and that “measures may be required.”

According to FlightAware, as of 10:00 on Saturday, about 100 delays were recorded at Heathrow, around 70 in Brussels, and 15 in Berlin.
